Travel Policy & Info
(N/A for local, in Marietta, Kennesaw or Smyrna) $40/hour of driving
Minimum $30 Travel fee for distances over 45 min
If travel time exceeds 2 hours, lodging is required for photographer(s). Exact price of lodging added (typically between $75-$250)
If it is necessary to fly, relevant travel for photographers will be added, including flight, lodging and local transportation.
Prices are subject to change, and are locked in at the time of booking. Please communicate as many details as possible in a booking inquiry to get the most accurate quote. If shooting location is determined before booking, a travel charge may apply for $30/hr of travel (if more than 30 min), this does not apply if it is a location suggested by the videographer. Additional communication is not an added charge. No charges will be added without explicit, written communication; if a charge is added during the session, a notification will be sent to confirm the charge in writing (during the session). All footage is backed up in 2 locations until final confirmation, then the raw footage will be kept in only 1 location.
$100 - I will design and send you a physical photo album (book) with highlights from your shoot

Contracted Break
$75/hr - I will bring along one of the lovely photographers I work with to capture more of your event
2nd Shooter
$45 - A short (15-30 seconds) video of clips from the event (for Photo)
